These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Attack Insights website at https://attackinsights.ai (the “Site”) and any services, tools, or content we make available through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Free security scan and tools
Any free scan, assessment, or tool offered through the Site is provided for general informational purposes only, on an “as is” basis, and without warranty. You must only submit domains or assets that you own or are authorised to assess. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary authority, and you agree not to use our tools against assets you do not have permission to test.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Attack Insights and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Attack Insights name and logo are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for normal viewing and limited personal or internal business use.
5. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources, including our Pulse threat-intelligence platform and partner sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and provide such links for convenience only.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site, including research, guides, and scan results, is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional security, legal, or compliance advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on any information from the Site.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attack Insights will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Platform and customer agreements
Use of the Attack Insights platform under a paid subscription or trial is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Attack Insights. Where there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms in relation to the platform, that agreement prevails.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State or Territory in Australia in which Attack Insights Software Pty Ltd is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
